Our manufacturing facility is full of cool tools. But your favorite tools will no doubt be our budgets and schedules. The budget is the tool for keeping your costs in line. The schedule is the tool for keeping a project on-time. Both are key communication documents that allow Artéfice, design consultants, general contractors, and end users to all know the course and cost of the project.
Estimating
Our leading estimates are timely, accurate and complete. From our 24 years of experience, we have a large base of historical information, including costs using a wide variety of materials and methods. We can guide you through the process of evaluating alternatives to identify what will give you the most for your money.
Schedules
Our schedules are built from our estimate. The schedule includes as much information that is available at the time the job is quoted. In most cases, our schedule is updated every other week, but that can change depending on the size of the job. We have completed millwork contracts ranging in size from a few thousand to over $4 million. Schedules are updated sooner if major changes occur.
